Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has ignored comments made by Christophe Henrotay the agent of Thibaut Courtois whose urging Chelsea to all him to leave Stamford Bridge.

Christophe Henrotay has insisted Chelsea should show some compassion and allow Courtois – who only has 12 months left on his contract to join Real Madrid so that he can live closer to his family who live in Madrid.

Real have made an offer for the Belgium shot stopper however Chelsea are unwilling to sell their No 1 until they can find a replacement goalkeeper.

Speaking after the game, Sarri who had just watched his team lose 2-o at wembley to Manchester City said he the he wants to hear directly from Courtois before making a decision on the Belgian’s future.

“I am not interested in the agent,” Sarri said.

I want to hear Courtois [and see] if Courtois, tomorrow, will say to me the same.

“I have to speak with my player, of course. I want only players who play with a very high level of motivation. I don’t have anything to answer to the agent.

Courtois is due to report back to training at Cobham this morning.

Do you think Courtois will leave Chelsea and if so, who will they bring in to replace Belgium’s no 1?
